Our "1356" is brewed in the copper pan. After extensive ripening, we fill the "1356" with its valuable constituents of minerals and vitamins unfiltered in barrels and 2 liter magnum bottles and siphons.

Old rating from 2005, out of a 2l-bottle bought at the brewery. Smooth mild yeasty beginning. Fresh with a nice round bitterness, sessionable with a nice yeasty back. Easy to drink with fresh hops on a smooth grainy body. Nice.

2l-bottle. Looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, quite dry. More and more sourish without being too much. Mild bitterness in the background. Finish well balanced, malty-grasy. Really nice!
