This is the barrel-aged version of our Imperial Stout Sprechen Sie Deutsch. Aged for 13 months in Bourbon Barrels, we then conditioned the beer on Toasted Coconut, a special blend from Mostra Coffee, Toasted Pecans, Cocoa Nibs, & Vanilla. Inspired by German Chocolate Cake, we get notes of Fudge, Candied Pecan, Caramel, Marshmallow and Bourbon, all balanced by a Nutty Light Roast and Oak Tannins.

Bottle. Pours black with small beige head. The aroma is strong coconut, pecan, brownie batter, bourbon. Thick body, chewy, fudge, toasted coconut, pecan, boozy finish, enjoyed this.

Bottle kindly shared by Axel. Black with beige head. Adjuncts galore! Massive Coffee, cocoa and nuts. Sweet, syrupy and boozy but with without the heat overpowering. Heavy barrel finish. Intense!

Lots of booze, lots of bourbon. Oily consistency. Sweet and boozy finish. Not really my think. Thick black oily consistency. Bottle pour at Aslin 4th.
