(Bottle @ Erik's tasting, Stockholm, July 13/19) Pours reddish brown with an off-white head. Very tart fruited acetic Balsamic vibes with cherry but also raspberry/mixed forest berries, oaky, touch vinous, a little lactic. Lightish body, soft carb. Not bad but too sour to love it. RIP Council.

I feel like I've had this bottle forever. Gnarly yeast cake, sweet and super tart cherrys all up in funkville.
