Bottle in Oldmeldrum.. It pours deep ruby - brown with a medium bubbly beige head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, crazy jammy, vinous, black grape, big blueberry muffin, oak, light vanilla and blueberry cobbler. The taste is tart, tangy, sweet - sour, vinous, sour candy, loads of berry, bramble, blueberry cobbler, jammy, fizzy bubblegum bottles, light acidity, Dr Pepper, bit of earth, leather and damp wood with a tangy berry finish. Medium body and soft, foamy white head. Fun stuff.

Taste: Tart, moderate to medium sour red fruit, strong vinuous notes of red wine (Pinot Noir), notes of red berries, caramel, light hints of raspberry and lime. Combined with notes of sugary sweetness. Notes of wood, dry-ish mouthfeel. Above medium body, below average carbonation. Refreshing. Complex and well balanced. Enjoying each sip. Very nice.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, moderate yeasty, barnyard, tart, wood, vinous - grapes - red fruits, leather - brett. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, caramel, sweet malt, barnyard, tart, wood - oak, leather - brett, vinous - grapes - red fruits. Bottle. Thanks to hallinghansen for providing. Pours Hazy deep red amber with a creamy head. Lovely barrel, red Wine, caramel and Tannins. Smooth, vinous and dry. Awesome.

Dark brown with little beige head. Aroma is caramel, slight leather, sour berries, balsamico, cocoa, blanaced and soothing. Taste is sour berries with buttery cocoa and sweet balsamico. The carbonation is a bit too much in the first half second of sipping. Apart from that, perfect.

Bottle. Darkest brown, creamy golden. Dry berry, light balsamic barrel nose, praline, fresh. Flatbread, toast, nuts, light oxidized, but nice, tobacco, leather, fresh dark berry, almond cookie, some chili in the finish, wood aftertaste. Fresh! medium mellow body, sparkly, foamy. Really nice.

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Dark brown color with compact off-white head. Aroma is vineous, tobacco, red fruits, leather, thick sweet balsamico, . Taste is red fruits, leather, tobacco, chocolate, complex and dark. Super velvety mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Fantastic stuff!
