Pour is a red-ish with a small white head. Aroms has a definate hop presence with some heavy sweet malt. Flavor is a soild hop but also a oily malt that turns out to be not as sweet as I thought it would be. Finish is a decent malt and hop combo without one overpowering the other too much. Solid hoppy amber.

Bottle at the Laid Back Brussels Tasting (Feb 9, 2008)
Clear, amber body with an off-white head. Nice lace. Aroma of hops, malts (caramel), mint ... great aroma! Heavily bitter, lightly sweet flaovur. Well balanced, smooth flavour. Ok complexity. Not too hoppy, but nice balance (in the same way as De Ranke Père Noël combines caramel and hops).
