Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session (from Saveur Biere). Slightly hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some wheat, mild spices. Flavour is very similar. Quite a standard Witbier. Somewhat dry palate.

Bottled 330ml (Saveur)
Deep golden color, small white head. Perfumic, overriped banana aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Riped banana, crisp carbonation. Candyish, very sweet and industrial. Meeeeh.

Flesje gedronken tijdens vakantie in Frankrijk.

On tap at a small bar on the corner of Rue de Vaugirard and Rue de Langeac, Paris XV. Pours pale gold with a big white head, soon dissipating to leave an ’alpine’ lacing to match the glass. Aroma of vanilla, lightly herbal, wheat, yeast, and vaguely of washing up liquid. Moderate sweetness, negligible bitterness, very light sour touch. Body is quite light, some stickiness to texture, soft carbonation. Finish is floral and vanilla and somewhat dry. Enjoyed this.

Pajiza.

draught in Strasbourg. Cloudy pale yellow, dense, small white head. Fruity-wheaty nose. Light-bodied, fruity start (might be the slice of lemon floating in the glass) - pleasantly wheaty with herbal accents. Refreshing and much nicer than expected.

75 cL clear bottle. Pours clear yellow to hazy depending on the yeast sediment, holds a one finger thick white and creamy head. Aroma is smooth floral and yeasty. Sweet and fruity flavour, slight bubblegum note. Holds a smooth and floral/yeasty finish with a mild yeasty creamy finish. Goes great with grilled salmon and shrimps.

(25cl bottle, traded with Saarlander) Hazy, slightly cloudy, light orange colour with a fluffy and persistent foamy white head. Dusty, sweet and more barley- as wheat-malty aroma, strong fruity (banana, bubblegum) and flowery, if not perfumed. Sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation for a Wit. Malty, yeasty taste with strong notes of bubblegum/banana on a shy herbal background; mild malty, light spicy finish. Reminds me of some Hefeweizen from Germany.
