Bottled March 2004 Clear, amber body. Fizzy, off-white body (mostly diminishing). Very intense and lovely aroma of yeast, apples, ... Heavily bitter initial flavour. Moderately bitter flavour. Nice bitter flavour, but not very complex, even rather somewhat watery (but only a little bit). Not bad, nice brew from Marc Limet.
