(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours opaque deep yellow with a tight white head. Aroma of canned pineapple, grapefruit peels, fruit cup, rich and fruity with an interesting leafy twang. Flavour is pineapple and some sort of rich floral fruit I can't place, interesting and a bit different, rather sweet and juicy up front, some slight grainy malty notes in the middle, and fruit and citrus peels on the finish giving some light bitterness. Medium-bodied, a bit creamy, with soft carbonation. Solidly made IPA with an interesting hop profile from the experimentals, which I think are new to me.

Canette 473ml. Couleur jaune pâle opaque, mousse blanche. Arôme d'ananas, houblon fruité, malt. Goût d'ananas, houblon fruité, amertume moyenne, malt. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense. Superbe!
