Artisan dark beer - served between 9&11 degs. Alcohol content 4.7%
This is a beautiful looking beer - with its dark tones, highly fermented, with cappuccino coloured froth.
Falvoured with the aroma of walnut - in various guises - from the pul to the husk, and from the young green nut to the skin.
From the first sip this beer is silky smooth - the alcohol content is not immediately apparent as the notes of malt gives it a sweet flavour, this is followed by the toasted richness & finally the cocoa beans - all mingled seamlessly with the essence of walnut, and beautiful hint of dark fondant chocolate richness.
The Sorrentine walnuts perfectly characterize this beer merging with the other ingredients and the toasted malt to create a delicious drink that is both refreshing & intriguing.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of leather, mild smoke, roasted malt and dark chocolate. Pours almost black color with large soapy light brown head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts mild to medium sweet roasted malty and nutty with chocolate note, follows by dried fruit, herbs and caramel, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is light bitter. Bouteille 330ml. Léger gush. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka aérée. Arôme métallique, fruits foncés, malt torréfié, pointe de cacao, cendre. Goût de fruits foncés, métallique, malt torréfié mouillé, âcre. Carbonatation très (trop) élevée, corps moyen-faible.

Bottle in naples piazza garabaldi. Pours amber, nose is floral, nutty, caramel, pine, taste is similar, resinous.
