Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yelow with a small, rough white head. Fresh and clean apple aroma. Medium body, dry apple accents, medium sparkling. Sulphurous with a dry and astringent finish. 280111

wooden cask, at Broome Farm. Clear pale golden colour, dry apple nose. Dry mouthfeel, rather tart apple flavours, wrounded off with some sweetness.

Cask at GBBF 09 ... hazy yellow ... light apple nose ... dry apple ... quite a lot of tanin.

Polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 13/09/09. Pale gold in colour, almost clear. Fresh apple juice aroma with some dryness. Flavour had a lemony edge, with a touch more fruit and lingering dry finish. Ok.

Barrel at GBBF 2007. An unclear golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet apply, and so is the flavor with a dryness to it. The body is thin inspite of the 6% ABV.
