341mL bottle, courtesy of sergiy (thanks!), pours an opaque bright orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a fragrant mix white wine barrels, Belgian yeast and stone fruits. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with lots of bright apricoty fruitiness, lovely white wine barrels and Belgian yeast. Highly carbonated, but in the perfect sense, expressing the yeast character beautifully. Wonderful use of the barrels. Excellent.

Cirkus 201017. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is fruit, berries, alcohol. Flavor is fruit, berries, apricot, alcohol, sugar, white wine. Easy drinkable powerful beer.

341ml bottle (thx, Francis A.!). Bottled on 2016-12-20. Pours a murky golden with a huge white head. Aroma is barrel, bretts, with lots fruity sour notes. Taste is similar with stone fruits notes. Very nice and easy to drink. Good.

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur orange abricot trouble, mousse blanche onctueuse et persistante laissant une superbe dentelle. Arôme d’abricot, vineux, boisé, levure, malt, pointe de vanille. Goût de levure, boisé, fruité, amertume moyenne-faible, pelure d’abricot, légère acidité. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
