A strong saison beer from the deep contryside of Wallonia... with maybe a hint of France! The idea: make a beer that reminds us this sweet taste of tatin pie from our grandmother. This dry blond beer was brewed with cinnamon and farmy apple juice. The stong alcoholic degree makes the taste last longer with a pronounced bitterness.
