On tap at MaBrasserie, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma smells as it should, with a very nice balance of roasted malt and earthy, piney hops. Flavour is a bit jagged, with roasted malt and earthy hops in alright balance. There's a bit of pine in there too. Reasonably constructed, not harsh, but just leaving something to be desired in the hop department. Still, well-made.

Bouteille 500ml. Couleur brune très foncée opaque, mousse moka aérée. Arôme de malt torréfié, houblon résineux, soupçon de café. Goût de malt torréfié, café, houblon résineux, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.
