Bottle sample at the source. Crystal clear yellow color, bubbles of course. Big ape flesh aroma. Taste is earthy apple, pear, light lemon, very slight sweetness nice

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brut funk, with champagne effervescence. Flavour is bright, with lots of champagne funk, with a touch of barnyard characters, and crisp apple acidity. The high carbonation works really well. Excellent.

Bouteille 750ml, bottle share. Couleur jaune très pâle translucide, mousse blanche évanescente. Arôme de pomme acide, pomme fraîche. Goût de pomme, légère acidité. Carbonatation très élevée, corps moyen-faible.
