Bouteille 750ml, bottle share. Couleur jaune translucide, mousse blanche savonneuse. Arôme de céréales, levure, vin blanc. Goût de levure, céréales, fade. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-faible.

Bottle at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of spicy yeast and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of earthy spicy notes and biscuity malt. Well-balanced but rather earthy for me. Very good and should get better with age.
