Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Saltaire Amarillo Gold ].Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, leather - funk notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet citrus, dusty hops, crispy, fresh, light grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Nice ;D [20140413]

How did a wheat beer become a golden ale? Bottle. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Dry. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

Bottle from Voldby. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light wheaty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 100614

Cask (Fitzgeralds, Sunderland) - Golden in colour. Grapefruit, peach and a hint of spice in the aroma. Grapefruit, banana and spice in the taste.

Bright clear gold beer with a small white head. Light palate, minerally crisp. Thin creamy malt with light lactose. Light fresh orange with whispers of pith and tangerine and lemon. Minor floral touch. Semi dry finish. Fresh, tasty and very easy drinking.

Cask at The Harp, Covent Garden 29 Apr 08. Golden colored. An OK creamy white head. No distinct aroma but a pleasant fruity flavor. Lemon-like. Sourish bitter finish. Refreshing.
