Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#39. GOREY. Last beer of the day on Jersey back at the accommodation. Golden colour with a decent depth to its texture. Fairly standard hoppy taste with a few sugars, but a good one.

Can from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Opaque amber. Thick but delicate looking foamy white head. I would say this does have an English near to it: a litbof caramel and biscuit malty sweetness. A sour edge, citrusy. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation with a gentle fizz. Long dry slightly astringent finish. It's nice enough but too sweet for me to want to drink another.

Typical canadian take on any style pale ale. Minimal hops, sweet malts, and little to no bitterness, cause really who wants to taste beer!?

355 ml can. Pours a copper color with moderate head. Aromas of sweet caramel, grass and bready malts. Flavors of wet toasted malts. Homebrew meets high volume. Not bad if the former and easy to pound. A beer for sporting events.
