When our dear beloved friends from Cycle - St. Pete, MURICA - stepped into our brewery for the first time, we knew that this relationship would turn into magical and wonderful beers in a heartbeat. together we poured the florida sun, the breath of Swedish nature and a shitload of lime into this bottle. The result is a very refreshing and smooth brew with hints of freedom, motorised scooters and bald eagles, all perfectly balanced for you to enjoy on a warm summer day.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lacto, lemons, wheat, and limes. The flavor is acidic with notes of lacto, lime, lemon, and wheat, leading to a tart finish. A bit too much for me.

Keg at Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Aroma of lime and lemon juice concentrate. Puckering sour with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemon juice with added citric acid. Some lime and menthe. Modern style fruited berliner weisses are what elevator music is to the music scene. Pretentiously fancy, but lacking life and complexity. Peppery puckering sour finish.
