On tap at The Maple Leaf, Covent Garden. Golden. Ugly aroma. Not that good, some nice biting hop on end. Some citrus. It’s a lager.

I get frightened by the label, that tells me, that it has "no aftertaste" - how can you use this as a sales argument? A beer is supposed to have an aftertaste - I definately want one in my beer - and it better be good. The beer is yellow with a small white head. The aroma is grainy and corny. The flavor is sweet grainy and slightly corny - and as it says on the label, it has absolutely no aftertaste - it simple vanishes.

You can really taste the libera use of Pacific Northwest hops in this. . .wow, is that a fucking joke or what. Extremely fizzy, no head, clear yellow color. Smells of corn, stale popcorn. Tastes of paper, fully attenuated, so at least it’s not sickly sweet. Somewhat stale veggies. Highly overcarbonated.

Bottle: Poured a golden colored beer with almost no head. Aroma is very weak, almost like water. Taste is very boring with no aftertaste at all. This was very uninspiring in the end. I had this after a golf game and I guess this is more of thirst quencher then anything else.

Pale straw golden coloured body with a thin soapy white head. Not good looking at all. Mild metal/skunky aroma with not much else. Light malt flavour with some mild fruit, but really nothing else than cardboard. Aftertaste is nothing as well-just leaving a bad taste in the mouth and a toonie and loonie behind. Overall, not a great beer-just as expected-but since they don't sell it in the states, I had to indulge myself for a few seconds. I sampled this from a 12 ounce bottle at some small bar in Toronto, Ontario when visiting the city on 09-April-2004.

Clean and crisp. If I''m surrounded by nothing but mass produced Canadian lager this is what I choose
