Really sour, not a saison. It’s clean and neutral, not all that funky, but superbly brewed. Beertemple ams

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear peachy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice slightly tart dry fruit with a touch of dry honey and oak underlying. Flavor has sour light fruits supported by dry honey and oak notes.
