An acceptable sour beer, not my best one, really rough and tart at the beginning, sour, mineral, dry note of yoghourt, dry hop, nice dry flavour of passion fruit, light, best before 04/23, drinking it yesterday for the meal, 13.10.23, at Epalinges.

Can (thanks to the brewers!). Orange colour small head. Aroma is passionfruit with some raspberries. Flavour is passionfruit, some mild wood and raspberru kicks into the aftertaste. Simple, but refreshing.

Clear pale red, raspberry and passion fruit intermingling, some yoghurt, medium sourness with a bit of sweetness. Very nice.

Tap. Clear pink red. Raspberry, raspberry and vanilla. Really good tart(ness?), dry vanilla sticky raspberry, with a cheesecake bubblegum aftertaste. Some kind of deeper ground/base/earthyness would have been nice.

Tap, HopDog. Light hazy amber to neon red, white cream. Sweet berry nose, lightly tart, light vanilla. Medium light body, dry berry kernels, lactic sour, quick dry finish.
