Two heavyweights with complex flavors meet head-on in this one-of-a-kind IPA. Mosaic-probably one of the most aptly named hops-fuses an array of tropical fruit, citrus and berry with mild herbal, earthy and pine characteristics. Grady Eureka hops emphasize heavy pine, underlined by mild floral notes and rounded out with dank aromas.

650ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Piney and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of passion fruit, zesty notes of orange. Taste is piney, tropical fruity and citrusy hoppy, notes of passion fruit, some orange and lemon, minimally sweet caramel malty backbone; refreshing, highly drinkable. Rich, well balanced and harmonious - lacks a bit of intensity..

Pretty hazy gold - amber beer, tidy pa;e cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Airy malts, mildly sweet. Hop spice into spicy orange. Soft pine and mild mango led tropical fruits. Smooth finish. Lacks the complexity of the other Hop Concepts I’ve tried but it’s smooth drinkable.

Bottle sourced from Kihoskh, Copenhagen (split with the Mrs) - pours orange amber with a big white head. Fruity and malty with some nice citrus and tropical fruity character, notes of orange, peach and mango aplenty, solid sweet caramel malty base, pine needles, hoppy bitter close. Good stuff!

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has sweet caramel and pineapple, taste has pale malts, light grapefruit, bitter action, some passion fruit, overly malty, but acceptable.
