Mosaic-probably one of the most aptly named hops-fuses an array of tropical fruit, citrus and berry with mild herbal, earthy and pine characteristics. Grady Eureka hops emphasize heavy pine, underlined by mild floral notes and rounded out with dank aromas.

Bottle from Flask. Hazy dark golden with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - flowers and grapefruit. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 011016

22oz bomber pours with a clear gold head that supports a lasting dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting cantaloupe, mango and strawberry like juicy hop notes with some spicy dank onion hops and faint grassy herbal hops in the background. The taste delivers a blend of hoppy goodness that’s both bitter and juicy. I get smooth juicy mango, some cantaloupe and tangerines that are competing up against bitter hops of spicy dank onion, herbal to thinly tree sap like resiny hops, grassy hops, bitter floral hops and a sense of somehow bitter green bell pepper meat. There is a lot going on and it even gets a little black pepper like now and then. Solid hoppy brew.

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit and earth aroma with light grapefruit. Earth and light tropical fruit flavor with light over-ripe fruit and light grapefruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and tropical fruit linger with light earth.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange, large creamy pillowy off white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Large aroma of tropical dankness, pot, passionfruit, pine resin. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, dank. Medium body. Quite solid.

Beautiful aroma -melon, apricot and grapefruit. Subtle aroma is pleasant vs often over powering choices. Clear golden-copper with sustained , creamy white head. Flavor is citrusy and moderate low pine needles. A little thin on mouthfeel. Finishes a tad too bitter for me. Very tasty.

22oz bottle from Sparrow. Unclear orange color with a frothy off-white head and plenty of drippy lacing. Bright fruity aroma, tropical and citrus both shine with lots of fresh pine and some earth, spice, and floral notes. Just feels very fresh and refreshing overall. Crisp and fairly dry. Clean, with a soft carbonation. Nice.
