Bottle from Saveur Biere. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Oily and soft. 280918

Almost black pour, bit of foam. Toffee nose with some molasses. Creamy chocolate character. Feels like barrel aged although its not, its a base version. Some booze but really well blended in and adding tons of roast bitterness. Cocoa cream and light chilli heat in the finish. Pretty damn good.

Bottle @ home. Opaque black color, average to medium sized beige to light brown colored head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, soft toasted malts, coffee, cocoa, light bourbon vanilla, chocolate. Taste malts, coffee, cocoa, chocolate again, sweetish notes, but chocolaty bitter as well. Medium body, silky texture, average to medium carbonation. Lovely beer, delicious!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 08.11.2019) im 2018-06 getrunken. Wow! Allein in der Nase strömt ein sehr balanciertes Kaffeearoma und dunkle Früchte. Am Gaumen ist alles dann so was von harmonisch mit ein perfekt eingebundenen Alkoholgehalt hat man hier richtig Spaß im Glas. Klasse!

From bottle thanks to Ioannis. Dark murky brown color with beige head. Malty aroma, nutty, caramel, fudge, chocolate, cocoa, light coffee. Heavy sweet taste. Light oily body with soft carbonation.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma is very sweet, with brown sugar, vanilla, and lots of treacle / molasses. Flavour is intensely sweet and boozy, with molasses, booze, brown sugar, and vanilla. Intense, rather abrasive, but all in the right way. Great stuff.

A colablack beer, a head is small and beige. A great aroma has strong chocolate, vanilla and hazelnuts. Temptating aroma. Taste has the same great elements than was found in the aroma, hazelnuts and chocolate, some roastiness, surprisingly dry, also some bitterness. Medium+ bodied, smooth. Hazelnut chocolate. Great beer.

0,22l tap @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Black beer with medium head that leaves a small ring. Sugar, malts and sweetness on aroma. Taste has sugar, malts, very much sweetness, coffee, vanilla and milk & some warming alcohol.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 24/08/2019, batch#162, merci Willy. Brune foncée, col beige, doré et huileux au verre. Arôme offre de fortes effluves de malts caramel; pâle, chocolaté avec un rétro orienté café, petite douceur rétro-nasale de vanille, le tout étant assez fort en alcool, même au nez. Palais est malté, liquoreux, café avec une petite douceur de vanille, caractère du café est persistant avec en fin de bouche une petite amertume rappelant un houblonné ouest coast. Pointe de noisette, café perdure et un effet alcool ok mais trop lourd, à partager à au moins 3 personnes.
