330 ml bottle. Light cloudy golden body with a moderate sized off-white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma of pale malt, fruit and yeast, reminds me of Saison yeast. Medium sweet pale malt, fruity, yeast, some esters, oranges, wheat and moderate bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste with a slightly harsh citric zest bitterness. Quite nice and tasty version of a blonde and definitively Belgium yeast profile. A bit hard on the carbonation, but it seems to work quite well here.

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, dried fruits and hint of banana. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly sweet, yeasty and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, white head. Faintly spiced, mostly fruity nose with some pale malts in the back. Citrus zest, pine cones and some faint notes of cellar. The flavor has a nice malty, bready backdrop and piney, resiny hops up front. Decent bitterness. It’s dry and medium bodied, with a soft carbonation. Lasitng finish with a nice bitterness. A quite easy drinkable one, tasteful too, but as most blondes it’s far from super exciting. 160504
