On tap @ the brewpub - as "Hansadagene". Another gift from the head brewer. Nice guy that clearly very proud of his beers, and rightly he should be. This is superbly heather honey infused on the nose. It has a nice oily texture in the mouth and it's soft and prickling on the carbonation. Really flavorful also. It has a mild fruity acidity in the back, really fruity and the honey just shines thorough. Not normally a huge fan of heather honey but this is not over the top in any way. Lots of flavor and I'm shocked to hear that this is over 6 percent. Nice! 15.04.2016

15.06.2016, tap @ Bryggeriet:
Nice bubbly-creamy longlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly sweet, heather honey, grain, weeds, minerals, hay, sawdust, sour grass, paper. Taste is mineraly, weeds, hay, minerals, fruit stones, paper, bark, sour grass, heather honey, cardboard, flowers, sawdust. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.
