0.5l bottle, batch 150567 from Gulating, Trondheim - enjoyed @ hotel room. This one pours a blurry golden looking colored body. On the top theres only a tiny quickly sidesticking islandy white lager top. I like the aroma. Really different. Super herbal, spicy and sweet. "Pors" (i don't remember the English phrase) is really present, much more than I've nosed in any other beer brewed with it. There's also lots of juniper berries here! Quite different, and likable. It tastes just as different as it smells. Perhaps not in the same good way. It has a thin oily texture in the mouth, not directly watery but not too far off either and its about average on the carbonation. Sweet flavors. A green bitterness tries to balance, and it manages that quite nicely. More juniper, spicy peppery hints and that all so well known metallic lager tail. Yeah, I found this quite interesting and not a bad one at all. 30.07.2016
