28.11.2014, tap @ UNA:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet grassy, caramel malts, hops, pine needles, leafs, sap, bark, "knekk", rubber, grass. Taste is slightly sweet resiny, grass, caramel malts, hops, pine needles, bark, sap, leafs, weeds, minerals. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh and watery mouthfeel. A nice surprise...

On tap @ Una. This one poured a really deep cloudy dark orange/almost copper colored cloudy body with a small quickly islandy and sidesticking white head. Mild nose with traces of ripe fruity yeast, mild wood tones with a little bit of apples and earthy nuts. It has a good thick oily feeling in the mouth and it's what I will describe as creamy on the small bubbled carbonation. Tastes nice also. Almost a little wood -dry, but not so much that I thin it has been barreled on anything. Lots of ripe fruits in the taste also. Almost a little banana sweetness with lots of Belgian influences. Yeasty, more nuts, some caramel sweetness and even a little orange zest bitterness toward the finish and it's leaving a slightly dry earthy aftertaste in my mouth. Yeah, I guess I could drink this again. 25.07.2014
