Here you go hopheads – we brewed this one just for you!! 55+ pounds of hops, lots of honey and a little citrus just for some added kick. Golden in color with a nice rounded malt middle, ending with a huge punch of hop bitterness.

Grapefruit peel nose, with lilly accents, and a weird paginis-ish smell underneath. Clear amber, medium head. Prominent lilly flavor. Solidly bitter, but enjoyable. Finishes with grapefruit peel. Good beer. I suspect the smell may have been a not so fresh glass. I wonder where this glass had been before my lips touched it.

Had this on draft as part of the sampler at the Wild Wolf brewpub. Pours a golden amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was lots of pine hops with a touch of citrus and some malt backing. Flavor was pretty pleasant pine characters with some malty character to it. Pretty enjoyable.

Served on draft at the Top of the Hops Festival, Charlottesville, 9/22/12. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized fizzy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of floral and herbal hops. The taste is citrus, tropical and minty hops. Pale malts. Medium bodied with a lingering bitterness. Nice beer.
