Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Tom L. Muddy yellow, white head. Brett, a bit soapy, floral, sweat, fruity hops, dry, light tart note, citric, "green" bitterness", medium-bodied. Very nice.

750 ml bottle from Plan Bee. Rather hazy yellow-orange color with a large, foamy head. Aroma is very funky, lots of barnyard. Earth, some spice, and a little hay. Drinks funky and dry, bright and earthy. Lively carbonation, finishes sharp with a lasting dryness that lingers on the tongue. The hops play nicely here, but the yeast really dominates. It has a really impressive funky flavor. This is an excellent beer.
