Our adaptation of a traditional Belgian white beer...Toast to the legacy. A spiced wheat beer at the core, loaded with red wheat, local oats and Pilsner malt working softly in concert with the perfumy spice of coriander & dehydrated orange slices. Best enjoyed in warm weather with simple classic mussels, grilled salmon, lemon chicken or fresh mango salad. Smells like plum bread with honey, silhouette of coriander and oranges in the crust. Tastes lingeringly tart and sweet with the gentle slosh of orange tang rising up and down, pineapple and light clove.
