Draft at Tipsy Parsons, 11/5/16. Murky grapefruit juice type pour. Basically no head or lace. Tart line stills and flavor, nicely sour with a clean salinity on the close. Nicely done.

Hazy golden colour, no real head. Aroma of apple, lime, coriander seeds, quite light. Salty flavour, butter, apple, lime and green apple. Finish lime, apple and butter.

At the source: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is citrus and lacto. Very sour with tons of lime. A bit much methinks.
