Refrigerated 12 oz brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with medium white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters and orange.

Some medicine on the nose. Wheat hefe background, should be styled as a hefe, JMHO. Yellow haze. Alky is in the forefront even tho its less than 5%. A little tart in the background during the middle. Improves toward the end. Not really any sense of orange in there.

Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a murky orange color with a medium sized foamy yellow-white head that faded quickly and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with a moderate orange presence. The flavor was sweet orange juice, slight bitterness, yeast and bread. Medium length finish. Medium body. Quaffable.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 2/17/16
Aroma: The aroma is a mix of wheat, spice, and orange, fairly even amount of each
Appearance: A murky orange color with a thin, sheeting white head that laves lots of spotty lace
Flavor: Fruity orange flavor early, with a lot of spice coming through mid-to-late palate
Palate: Light-medium bodied, decent mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation and finish
Overall Impression: Solid beer. It's pretty refreshing to drink. I would have probably liked a bit more of the Blood Orange flavor to come through, but it works nicely with hefe style spices that are present. A bit too much carbonation as well, but otherwise, like I said, solid beer.
