Farmhouse Saison brewed with imported pilsner malt, flaked rye, and Munich malt and fermented with our locally sourced custom blend of 4 different yeast strains which drives the fruity, subtly spicy flavor. It was mashed low for a dry, crisp finish while maintaining flavor and complexity.

Draft at Barcade, 8/22/15. Pale yellow color with minimal head and no lace. Aroma of yeast, spice, and fruit, slightly tart flavor with the pepper and yeast flavors. Tingly, clean feel. Solid.
