Growlette share.
I poured my portion into a tulip.
The appearance was a ruddy/murky burnt orange color with a nice thin white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Suspectable thin lacing glides along the glass nicely.
The aroma starts with some sweet grapefruit and then some sweet apple, and then some bready/yeasty contours. Spice is there, but super light.
The flavor blends all of the previously mentioned aromas together nicely. Subtle sweet apple to coincide with some Belgian spice slides into the aftertaste and then on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable smooth crisp spicy feel to it. Low carbonation feels good.
Overall, it’s a nice tripel that I would have again.

Thought this one was solid, but tended a touch sweeter than something I'd want to drink a lot of. Still, a nice tripel.
