Bottle from the Beer Store Nashua Fairly clear light golden color with a good sized frothy white head with great retention. Earthy piney rustic with hints of bread and faint phenol’s. Bitter smooth rustic somewhat like a hoppy saison with a bit of body, enjoyed!

Bottle dated 06/25/15, think that’s born on. Here’s the rest:
Thiswas poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a thick mushroom cap of a white head over top of a bronzed color - ed body showcasing light carbonation rising. Light lingering messy lacing weaves around the glass.
The smell starts off with a citrus to tropical sweet hoppiness rounding out into a light citrus rind bitterness.
The taste was mainly sweet but with a thorough backup of the bitter citrus rind balancing. The aftertaste was sweet leading into a wet sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed pretty good as an AIPA and does allow the bitterness to be fairly tame.
Overall, I liked it for what it is but probably wouldn’t recommend to true hopheads.

Bottle from Signal Variety, Plaistow NH. Aroma is dominant mix of resinous, piney, fruity hops over background malt. Appearance is hazy orangish-brown (a bit like cider) with some sediment floaters but nice sparkle. 1/2 finger minimal head with poor retention but decent lacing. Taste is light-to-medium bitter over light sweet. Palate is medium bodied with fairly thick texture, mild carbonation and pretty abrupt balanced sweet/bitter finish. Overall, a nice smelling and tasting beer with great mouthfeel--just don’t look at it.

Sampled on draft at the Rivertowne Pub this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized fluffy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was tangy and tart with pine and catbox. The flavor was bitter, tangy and tart with notes of pine, catbox, cactus and pepper. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

Grassy nose, moderate strength. Immaculately clear amber, medium head with nice lacing. Lemongrass to a marigold finish. Medium body, oily, intense bitterness, even perfumey, easy carbonation. The intensity makes it like drinking an IPA for the first time. Eye opening.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Nikki's Liquors, 4/10/15
Aroma: The aroma is dank citrus, a little grass comes through on the finish
Appearance: It pours a cloudy orange color with an off-white head and some light lacing
Flavor: The flavor is fairly bitter, minimal to no sweetness, decent, but a little one note
Palate: The body is medium, fairly smooth on the mouth, with a nice, dry finish
Overall Impression: Nice beer overall. It's close to being really good, but just doesn't quite there. Definitely worth trying though.

Bottle shared at a tasting on a yacht at the Herzliya Marina. Hazy yellow-golden. Aroma of fruity hops, somewhat stale, and biscuity notes. Flavor has light sweetness, fruity hops - a bit stale but still nice, and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.
