Keg at the brewpub, Asheville, 17/02/15. Lightly hazed golden with a moderately appointed off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, tangerine, citric pith. Taste ramps up a little, bitter orange, grapefruit, light pine streak, straw. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation - lets this one down a few notches, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Ok APA, if it wasn’t for the over carbonation I’d have given in 3.5.

Location: Draft at the brewpub, 12/31/14

Aroma: Light hop aroma, some pine and resin notes, some pale malt notes are present as well
Appearance: Pours an orange color, slightly hazy, with a smallish off-white head and decent lace
Flavor: Taste is similar to the nose, decent, but just feels a little dull, with an okay flavor
Palate: The body is medium, leaning light, decent mouthfeel overall, with a lightly dry finish
Overall Impression: This reminds one of the generic brewpub APA or IPA that you find at any generic brewpub across the country that makes its on okay craft beer to accompany its bar food. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. It's a beer, and you can drink it, but you won't be very excited about it.
