Keg at the brewpub, 17/02/15. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off white swirll. Nose is tangerine, bitter orange, melon, grapefruit. Taste improves over the aroma, comprising pine needle, melon, mandarin, straw, orange pith, red grapefruit. Medium + body, fine carbonation, smei drying close dosed with hop bitterness. Adequate DIPA but no game changer for sure.

Location: Draft at the brewpub, 12/31/14
Aroma: The nose is somewhat hoppy, with some malt sweetness, and a bit of booze
Appearance: It pours an orange color with a pretty decent sized head on it
Flavor: The flavor is similar, with a decent hop component, somewhat muddled, bit of booze
Palate: The body is medium-full, leaning slightly sticky, slightly hot as well, dry finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a just okay DIPA. It is definitely closer to the bottom quarter of the style than the top quarter of the style. Still though, it has some flavor. You could do a lot worse.
