Tap at the brewpub as part of a sampler. Pours a clear copper with beautiful, moderate patterning down the sides. Didnβt get a lot of Simcoe off of this - it is one of my favorite hops so it left me wanting for more.

Location: Draft at the brewpub, 5/28/14
Aroma: The nose is tropical and citrus fruits, with some pine/woodsy notes
Appearance: It pours a dark orange color with lasting sheet of off-white colored head
Flavor: The taste is much the same, fruity, lightly sweet, with a nie fruity and pine hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, it has a soft carbonation, and a pretty dry finish
Overall Impression: This one was probably my favorite of the Haymarket beers on my trip. Very nice beer. I'll definitely be back here for more of their beers.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear orange with a slight gold hue with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of grass and somewhat dank pine with a earthy grain backbone. Flavor has notes of dank pine with backing notes of grass and onion as well as light grain.
