Location: Sampled at TapNY, 4/26/14
Aroma: The aroma was light hops, with some rye bread and spice notes
Appearance: This one pours an amber color with an off-white head and decent lace
Flavor: The taste is mid-malty, hops are fairly light, some rye/spice, and a buttery finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a decent mouthfeel, and a slightly off finish
Overall Impression: This wasn't a favorite of mine. I thought the nose was nice enough, but beyond the aroma, it came off as slightly flawed, with some buttery notes and some other components that just didn't quite work.
