Aroma: The aroma is light and floral, a little sweet, some honey notes, and a hint of grass
Appearance: It pours a clear, light, yellowish color with a small head on it
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, mostly sweet and floral, and a light bitterness for balance
Palate: It is soft and light on the mouth, not watery but very easy drinking, with a clean finish
Overall Impression: This is a nice example of a style that isn't always my favorite. It is balanced enough to be an enjoyable offering as well. It wouldn't necessarily be my first choice, but it is well-made and I can see it's value for sure.
