A Cream Ale is related to American Lagers. Ours is brewed to be light and refreshing with a straw to pale golden color. Using top-fermenting yeast, our Cream Ale had had an extended period of conditioning to reduce fruity esters and gives the beer a cleaner flavor.

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 7/6/13

Aroma: The nose is has some yeasty notes, a bit of malts, and some hints of fruit
Appearance: It pours a cloudy golden color with an off-white head
Flavor: The taste is lightly sweet, some yeasty flavor, and almost no bitterness
Palate: The body is on the lighter side, but it has an alright mouthfeel to it
Overall Impression: This beer was pretty unexciting. I enjoy a decent cream ale on occasion, but that was barely a decent a cream ale. Eh...
