Draught at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Newark, NJ
Light amber color, clean. Soft Ale, a bit malty, rather dry (not too much), but it has a light butter aroma and flavor.
Not bad, but possibly flawed.

Sample at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse. Clear pale amber color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of floral hops, malt and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hops aftertaste. Average overall.

Draft at Troy Dino BBQ. Pours hazy orange. Nose of hops and bread. Tastes breads, grainy, some spruce, caramel, and hint if fruit.

Enjoyed at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse with my bandmates. Poured a rich golden colour with an amber hue. Warm creamy cap with decent retention and lacing. Fresh fruity apricot aromas with other citrus, and nice cereal grain. Mildly creamy and medium-bodied. Again, nice apricot fruity taste with grain in the aftertaste (not much hop). Almost more of a fruit beer than a APA. Still, quite refreshing for this warm summer weather (and Polishfest a block away).

Location: Draft at Dinosaur BBQ-Newark, 12/27/12
Aroma: The nose of this beer is fairly subtle, with bready and sweet malts
Appearance: It pours a clear orange color without much in the way of head or lace
Flavor: The flavor is a little more pronunced, it is lightly sweet and malty, with minimal bitterness
Palate: This one has a light body, a decent feel, and an average carbonation
Overall Impression: I wasn't really that impressed by this one. It's an alright, but lacking beer in my opinion. It just felt a little dull.

On tap. Poured a clear gold with an amber hue and a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was full of biscuit and bread notes with a hint of backing sweet grain. Flavor was similarly malty with bread in the start and a bit of a sweet biscuit finish. Definitely missing a hop profile.

A golden ale with a thick off white head. In aroma, rather strong butterscotch and fruity esters. In mouth, a light malt with light buttery notes, watery and boring. Tasted at CNY brewfest, Feb. 6 2010.

On tap at the Blue Tusk, Syracuse. Bronze, loads of Goldings (I think) in the nose; fruity palate with more goldings and a soft maltiness. Finishes sweet and fruity. I can see some people really liking this, but it''s not my thing.
