Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 11/21/12
Aroma: This one has a subtle nose of light fruit, caramel malts, and some bready notes
Appearance: It pours an amber-brown color with an orange hue and a beige head
Flavor: The flavor is just a bit dull, it is lightly sweet, and has a mild spice as well
Palate: This one has a soft feel on the mouth, an average carbonation, and a mildly dry finish
Overall Impression: I was not super impressed with this one. The style they were aiming for (it was just listed as "Ale" on the menu) was pretty hard to discern from drinking it. There was nothing wrong with this beer, and it had a pretty good mouthfeel, but overall, it was just kind of dull.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark ruby color with a thin creamy tan head. Decent head retention and nice lacing. Aroma of caramel, toasted malts, berry and plum-like fruit notes and faint nutty notes. The taste is caramel, apples, a mildly bitter leafy hop note, faint chocolate, cherries and toasted malts. Medium-full bodied.
