Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Location: Cask at Birreria, 8/3/12
Aroma: The nose is slightly hoppy, with caramel malts, wheat, and some light fruit
Appearance: This one pours a hazy, dark orange color, with a fizzy white
Flavor: Taste is lightly sweet from the malts/wheat, with a medium hop bitterness
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a soft carbonation, and typical cask-type feel
Overall Impression: Overall, I found this one to be a solid beer, and I enjoyed drinking it. Of course I'd probably have enjoyed it more if Birreria wasn't so over-priced, but that's just me complaining...
