Amber ale with a nice creamy foam. On the nose, its aromas go from grapefruit to exotic fruits with low vegetal notes. Its flavor is bitter and floral with some residual sweetness followed by a pleasant bitterness in the back taste. No hops additions during the boiling process, all hops have been added at mash out (first wort), whirlpool (flame out) & during the secondary fermentation (dry hop).
