The depth of character is from local fresh pressed apples and honey. The summer apples add a nice sharp tart note to the semi-sweet honey finish. Pairs well with chicken, pork, or as an after dinner dessert.

pale yellow. Smells like fresh cut apples. Loads of baked apple flavors with butter and oily rich baked goods finish

Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear dull yellow with a tiny bubbly white head. Aroma brings out floral notes, wildflower honey and medium sweetness. Flavour brings out lots of sweet apples, medium honey nectar sweetness, and light fruitiness. Lots of floral and wildflower notes. Excellent.

It’s pale gold in color. Somewhat hazy, depending on how sediment has been kicked up. No head. Still. The aroma is grapes, tart apples, peaches, floral honey and a little bit of citrus. Nice combination of acidity and honey. Light sweetness at first, but it builds in intensity as it goes on. Tart apples with orange peel. Quite tart, particularly in the finish. Fairly dry for the abv. Full on the palate. Tasty stuff.
