Ages ago, our dear friend Bim Lafontaine traveled from Japan to brew with us the inaugural batch of Brother Soigné, a collaboration that we continue to produce in the spirit of that visit. A small portion of a subsequent batch was aged atop raspberry, cherry and northern kiwifruit pomace for nearly 3 months. The result honors both the legacy of that first brew day and the satisfaction of exploration.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a hazy grapefruit with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has tart lime and cherry with a bit of grapefruit supported by grass, grains and flora. Flavor has grapefruit and lime with a touch of cherry and light flora.

Bottle at a bottleshare: pours peachy golden with a white head. Aroma is bery fruity, nice yeasty notes. Taste is fruity, with plenty of citrus and kiwi, lightly sour. Nice aftertaste. Complex with a great body.
