On tap at Casa Manigua, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a large white head. Aroma smells proper, with rustic saison yeast, a touch of white pepper. Flavour somehow works, expressing the saison yeast very well—no esters, no sugars—just a solid rusfic character. This is bizarrely great.

Bottle. Hazy yellow appearance. Flavor shows lemongrass, dried flowers, black pepper. Dry herbal spicy character. Yeast is hidden. It's OK
