Bottle. Hazy yellow, thin foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of oak, pepper, plum, spice, yeast. Taste is pepper, strawberry, gin, oak. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Dark reddish orange. 2 finger off white head. Smells fruity. Grapes, strawberry. More grape. Gin isn’t really present on aroma. Flavor. Again subdued. Gin only at the finish. But the botanicals are shining. Delicious

Bottle thanks to Phil. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium white had that lasts. The aroma is oak, strawberry seed, gin, juniper, earth. Thin body, acidic, very sour, strawberry, funk, good.
